I have been working with Amanda Shaw for upwards of 18 months on a casual basis; we met through a mutual employer at the time and when I decided to go out on my own and open my cleaning business, Respite Clean, I knew Amanda would be the perfect person to help me with any administration tasks I would need.

Amanda is very dedicated to her community. She understands the trials and tribulations that small businesses deal with on a daily basis and is always willing to offer a helping hand. I had initially hired her when I was just starting out to simply recommend my business to anyone on social media who was requesting the services that I offer. Very quickly, my roster was full and I was no longer able to take on any more clients and unfortunately had to cease this task with Amanda. Still to this day, however, she will recommend my business to anyone who is asking.

Since then, I have used her services to aid in transferring data and information from one software to another (on multiple occasions), to compile and analyze information and material from multiple sources and organize into pre-made sections in one document, as well as numerous other smaller tasks that I needed in a quick second.

Amanda is always willing to do what needs to be done with little to no notice. Generally, if I am requesting her services, it is because I don’t have the time to do them myself and need it done yesterday, and she is always willing to comply. She is thorough, meticulous, hardworking, and learns very quickly. Although I have thrown about 6 different software programs at her to help me with, she has never had an issue learning how to use them quickly and efficiently.

I know that whatever skill set you are looking for in a candidate; Amanda either has them already or is able to develop them quickly. She would be a beneficial and appreciated addition to your team.
