HOW DO I MAKE CLIENTS HAPPY WHEN I AM SO BUSY AS A BUSINESS OWNER?


This is question that all business owners should think of. There are many ways that you can make your clients happy, without spending a lot of extra time trying to make them happy.


Here's 3 SIMPLE ways that YOU can make them HAPPY, without taking a lot of time away from your business:


1. Provide PROMPT responses to your clients.

Your clients want prompt responses. They want to know that you are there for them, and that you care. If you're finding that you're so busy that it's causing you to fall behind on responding to clients; why not set aside a set amount of time each day, so that you can respond to all clients messages?


2. Thank you gifts.

Your clients chose you for a reason out of all the options out there. It's very important to show them your appreciation; whether it's for a referral that they sent you, or for choosing your business. The gift could be something as simple as a card, or even a gift card to a local coffee shop. This one simple gesture could go a LONG way with your clients.

3.Get to know your client.

Your client doesn't want to just feel like a number. They want to feel valued. They want to know that you understand who they are and what they are looking for. When they initially reach out to you; you can take a moment in the email and ask them questions such as:

  • Ask them about their business. Find out what kind of services they offer or what kind of products they offer.

  • You can ask them if they ever worked with a business like yours.

  • You can find out what lead them to start their business, and where they are trying to go with their business.

  • Ask them about their hobbies.

  • You can find out what they are looking to get out of your business.

By simply taking some time (even a few sentences in the email); you are starting to earn their trust and starting to create a working relationship. This will help make them feel comfortable with working with you.
